Story
A walk to remember is simply that - a walk to remember someone special and to raise funds for the stroke association.
I am choosing a place that has meaning, and is precious to us and Dad/Papa, possibly Brent Lodge Park, Greenford, carrying a photo of him with us and when we get home will light a candle in his memory.
This is such a sad time and the pain is always there, but also grateful that Dad did not suffer and left us peacefully.
We will remember all the fun times we had with Dad/Papa and what a kind/gentle and loving man he was, he always had his arms wide open - a perfect Dad/Papa/Husband a 'true gentleman'.
